Single staff member at the counter was overwhelmed and unapologetic. At first wouldn’t accept my reservation as my booking was listed as my first name’s first letter and my surname, wouldn’t consider helping and asked me to go outside and phone the booking agent (hotels.com) to include my full first name before they’d assist in checking me in. Once I got that straightened out, myself and 4 other guests trying to check in could not proceed as their printer quit working and the staff would not proceed as they didn’t have a liability wavier printed that we could sign (no smoking in room, etc). Check in took well over an hour. Once that was finally sorted with the assistance of the hotel next door (same owners?) we were not so pleasantly told that the included breakfast or Denny’s vouchers for the restaurant next door were only for the first two guests on the reservation (we had our teenager with us). There is no elevator, stair edging were broken, carpets in and out of our room were stained and dirty. The room did not have a hair dryer, had to go to reception to pick one up, the first one did not work, second one nearly started on fire, third one worked well enough to get the job done. Could not leave this hotel fast enough, will not be going back.

Very nice place to stay. Would be great for extended stay. Love that bedroom seperate from living room/kitchen. Also has dishes, coffee pot/cups, and full size fridge.
